What does a bed & breakfast booking include?
The bed & breakfast booking includes accommodation and breakfast only. All other meals, beverages, etc, must be paid directly to the property. .

What type of bathroom arrangements should I expect?
Please check the bathroom type offered at each bed & breakfast property.
Private Bathroom - bathroom separate to the hosts bathroom, and for guest only use.
Ensuite Bathroom - bathroom connected to the guest's bedroom
Guest Share Bathroom - bathroom for all guests to share.
Host Share Bathroom - bathroom shared by the guests and the hosts.

Will I receive a cooked breakfast?
Please check each bed & breakfast listing for details on the type of breakfast that is included. Some properties include a choice of cooked or continental breakfast. Some properties may only offer a continental breakfast.

What happens if I have dietary requirements, can the property accommodate this?
The B&B property will be notified of any guest dietary requirements at the time of booking. Please advise this information to each property at the time of booking.

Does the B&B property provide dinners?
A few bed & breakfast properties can arrange dinners, however many do not. Please check each bed & breakfast property's information regarding the availability of dinner. If dinner is not available, you will need to go to a local restaurant.

Does the property provide transfers?
No -all guests are to make own travel arrangements to and from the property.
